About Edward J. Herban, Esq.
Ed has over 25 years of experience, and has honed his legal skills in areas such as Wage and Hour, Prevailing Wages and Employment Discrimination and Wrongful Termination. Ed routinely handles New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Whistleblower and executive employment agreements, severance agreements and employee contracts. Ed has obtained successful jury verdicts in these areas.
Prior to joining the firm, Ed had his own firm, where he served clients in employment law, Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial formation and Transaction and Traffic Court matters.

About Taylor M. Ruggieri, Esq.
Taylor graduated from Rutgers Law School in Camden, NJ to complete her Juris Doctorate. She then went out to Hudson County Prosecutor, working in sex crimes, domestic violence and child abuse. She then expanded her skills and went on to practice family law and criminal defense. Its clear that Taylor has a love for the law, advocacy and justice.
Taylor had always contributed to the world around her through volunteer work, activism, and engagement. Taylor loves music, and was in a rock band before law school. Taylor is the President of her Lake Community, where you’ll find her floating on the lake with friends, singing karaoke, playing co-ed softball (not well), or watching her step-son’s sports games and choir concerts.

About Christopher L. Jackson, Esq.
Christopher Jackson is a Senior Associate at Mark | Lavigne, LLC, where he represents plaintiffs in employment litigation matters. He brings a diverse litigation background with experience handling complex disputes across multiple practice areas, including employment and healthcare litigation.
Christopher earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where he participated in the Immigrant Justice Clinic, gaining hands-on experience advocating for vulnerable populations. Following law school, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Kay Walcott-Henderson, where he developed a strong foundation in motion practice, legal analysis, and courtroom procedure.
Prior to joining Mark | Lavigne, Christopher practiced at several prominent firms, where he handled a broad range of litigation matters and further honed his advocacy skills. His practice is now focused on representing employees in disputes involving workplace rights and protections.

About Edward C. Monaghan, Esq
Ted was born and raised in Essex County New Jersey. He attended Elon University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting. He then returned to New Jersey and obtained a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He has experience litigating a variety of areas including employment law, environmental matters, toxic torts, personal injury, constitutional violations, and Title 59 claims.
