SPRINGFIELD, N.J. — September 1, 2026 — The Mark & Kleinfeldt, Law Firm today announced that the firm will become Mark & Kleinfeldt Law Firm, effective September 1, 2026, with experienced employment attorney Adam J. Kleinfeldt joining the firm as a named partner.

The addition of Kleinfeldt brings together attorneys with extensive experience representing New Jersey employees in complex workplace matters. The newly named firm will continue its focus on advocating for employees and helping clients understand and protect their rights in the workplace.

Kleinfeldt brings significant employment litigation experience to the firm. Throughout his career, he has handled matters across all phases of litigation and held leadership roles within employment law practices. His experience includes serving as a partner at Deutsch Atkins & Kleinfeldt, P.C., and practicing with McCarter & English and Proskauer Rose, representing employers and employees in matters involving employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing and other workplace disputes.

Kleinfeldt is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law and his undergraduate degree from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey.

The transition to Mark & Kleinfeldt Law Firm reflects a new chapter for the practice while maintaining its focus on representing New Jersey employees. The firm will continue to handle workplace matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, employment contracts, and other employment-related issues.
