About Taylor

Taylor came to employment law through a path defined by advocacy. After graduating from Rutgers Law School in Camden, she served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County, where her work focused on sex crimes, domestic violence, and child abuse. Before that she worked in the New Jersey Attorney General's Human Rights Office and at the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund. Every role was oriented toward the same thing: fighting for people who needed someone in their corner.

In 2017, prior to completing her final year of law school, Taylor served as a volunteer legal advocate in Cape Town, South Africa, working with a legal aid clinic that provided critical services to underserved communities. She worked in three townships, where she assisted individuals facing significant socioeconomic challenges across a wide range of legal matters.

Her work included advising and supporting clients in landlord-tenant disputes, domestic violence cases, family law issues, and trusts and estates matters. In addition, she contributed to complex criminal defense work, including participation in the defense of a gang-related murder case. This experience provided her with invaluable exposure to diverse legal systems and sharpened her ability to deliver practical, client-focused solutions in high-pressure environments.

Taylor’s time in South Africa reflects her strong commitment to public service, her adaptability in challenging settings, and her dedication to advocating for vulnerable populations.

Her approach to employment law reflects that same conviction. Taylor has always believed that advocacy is not just a profession but a responsibility, and she brings that standard to every client matter. She is also admitted in New York and the District of New Jersey, giving her flexibility across jurisdictions.
