About Larry
Lawrence Lavigne spent more than 40 years conducting trials and appeals in state and federal courts across New Jersey and New York. His practice covered employment law, public employee cases, insurance litigation including environmental matters and toxic torts, commercial and corporate litigation, franchise disputes, consumer fraud, and appellate work. He has been involved in the defense of class action suits and has appeared regularly before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law.
Larry earned his law degree from Seton Hall Law School and is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney, a designation held by fewer than 2% of New Jersey attorneys. He was listed on the Super Lawyers list from 2010 through 2025 and holds a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating.
